What the service is
321guess is a free football player guessing game. No account is required and there are no in-app purchases. The Daily Challenge (online mode) is optional and requires picking a username.
Usernames and conduct
The username you pick for the Daily Challenge passes through a profanity filter and appears on a public leaderboard. We may change or remove usernames that are inappropriate, harassing, or impersonate someone else, without prior notice.
Intellectual property
Club names, logos, and flags shown in the game belong to their respective clubs/federations and are shown only for identification/informational purposes under fair use. 321guess is not affiliated with or endorsed by these clubs.
Disclaimer
321guess is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the underlying data (e.g. player-club history) is always 100% accurate or current, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of 321guess.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Meaningful changes will update the "last updated" date on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
